Standard delivery within Accra takes 6-8 hours. Express delivery is available within 3 hours for selected areas. Regional deliveries may take 2-5 working days.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email which you can use on our 'Order Tracking' page.

Yes, we deliver to all 16 regions in Ghana. Regional deliveries typically take 2-5 working days depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 3-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

Payments

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and Cards (Visa, Mastercard) for online payments and Cash on Delivery in Accra only.

Currently, Payment on Delivery (POD) is exclusively available for orders within the Accra Metropolis. For all regional and nationwide deliveries, full payment is required via Mobile Money or Card before your order is dispatched.
