Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos where applicable
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return
You may request a return if:
Wrong Item
You received a wrong item
Damaged
The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
Mismatch
The item does not match the description on our website
We inspect all returned items before processing any resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and fairness, we do not accept returns for:
- Used or altered items
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned after the 3-day window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Mobile Money, card, etc.)
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
You will be notified once your refund has been completed.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange: We will replace the item (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is any issue, notify us within 24 hours to ensure quick resolution.
